Deviled Eggs

Delicious easy to prepare appetizer


Ingredients
10 large hard boiled eggs
16 oz of mushrooms
2 Tbsp. of Just Mayo
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
1.Wash, clean and cut all but 6 mushrooms into small cubes and pan fry them.
2. Cut 6 whole mushrooms into cloves and pan fry them as well.
3. Halve hard-boiled eggs lengthwise. Remove the yolk and place it in a medium mixing bowl.
4. Mash yolks with with a fork and stir in pan fried small  mushrooms cubes and mayo, salt and pepper.
5. Fill egg whites evenly with yolk mixture. Garnish with pan fried cloves of mushrooms. Store covered in refrigerator.
