Turkey Adana


Adana is a traditional Turkish dish. Most Turkish restaurants serve either chicken or lamb Adana. I really like this sizzling, flavorful dish and decided to recreate it at home using ground turkey.

Turkey Adana
Ingredients:
1 lbs ground turkey
½ bunch of finery chopped cilantro
1 finely chopped medium size onion
2 tsp cumin
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons of melted butter
Splash of Kikkoman Gluten Free Teriyaki sauce
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400F.   Coat the cooking sheet with butter using a cooking brush. Mix all the ingredients listed above together. Form sausage patties with turkey mix and lay them flat in a single layer on a cooking sheet. Bake adana for 40 minutes, once meat turns gold color, turn adana so its cooked on both sides.
