Ingredients:
2 Anjou pears peeled and cut in
halves or in quarters leaving the stem intact
Cinnamon Stick
Cinnamon
Directions:
In a small pot boil 3-4 cups of water
with cinnamon stick. Decrease the heat to medium low and place the pears into
the liquid. Cover and cook pears for about 10 minutes, so that pears become
tender. Turn of the heat and place pears into serving dish, place them in the
refrigerator to cool off. Serve with organic vanilla yogurt topped with
cinnamon.
